WORKING FULL TIME FOR PHARMA MNC
Key activities and responsibilities:
Data Lead: 2-4 years of SAP Data Migration or Master Data Management experience
5+years minimum in SAP End-to-end implementations
Total 7-12 years IT SAP Experience
Acts as deployment wave focal point for his/her data objects in scope for deployment data migration.
Interacts with Business Data Owners (BDOs Global, Regional, Local), deployment Functional Experts, factory services, deployment ISRM, legacy systems, etc).
Responsible to drive migration activities for deployment project.
Responsible to verify the data transformation tools and outputs for deployment wave projects.
OQT/DVR script execution/ownership (or support for regional execution)
Defect resolution coordination for objects under responsibility.
Design defects resolution or escalation to GDMEs.
Work together with BDMEs to prepare value mappings.
Basic level of understanding of data load methods/ETL tools such as SAP BODS, LSMW, LTMC etc., is preferred
Experience in data management including leading the data migration execution (cleansing, extracting, staging, transforming, loading, and verification of SAP data), running mock loads and data verification/validation cycles, resolving data defects, providing expertise and implementing processes for data governance, etc.
Data profiling and cleansing approach expertise (reasonable knowledge of common tools used)
Design and leadership of mock loads and data verification/validation cycles
Understanding of leading practices for data governance approach, centre of excellence/shared services structures, data governance processes/procedures (experience implementing shared services)
Experience facilitating cross-functional team members with complex schedules against a published plan
Should be aware of following Tools – BODS, LTMC( S4/ HANA), (BDC, BAPI), LSMW’s, ADM
Should be aware of Data Objects in Multiple Modules in SAP(if not hands-on At least theoretically)
Should be aware of SAP Tables for all the Data objects.
Team lead expertise stream planning, status reporting, managing governance, managing the team against the plan, escalating risks/issues/decisions/changes, budget management, etc.
Experience leading clients through new data concepts (Data Stewards, Data Governance, Mock Loads, Data Object Master, Data Owners, etc.)
