WASHINGTON (Reuters) – Megachurches also spiritual businesses with links to singing followers of U.S. chairman Donald Trump were recommended for huge amount of money in forgivable financial loans from a taxpayer-funded pandemic help bailout, according to long-awaited authorities facts released this week.
Among those recommended for financial loans through huge authorities reduction system were a Dallas megachurch whoever pastor was an outspoken ally of the chairman; a Florida chapel linked with Trump spiritual agent and “prosperity gospel” commander Paula White; and a Christian-focused nonprofit in which Jay Sekulow, the lawyer which defended the chairman during their impeachment, was primary counsel.
